If you have any special needs or requests, it is advisable to contact City Properties prior to making your reservation.

Making your Property Reservation

1. By using the Website you are confirming that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and you are accepting that you will be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Property reservations are made online through the Website using the Property Reservation process.
3. The person who makes the Reservation through the Website must be at least 18 years old.
4. All payments must be made by E-credit card, E-debit Card and Cash In Hand through the Website unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by City Properties.
5. All payments are taken in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED).  All payments are subject to the exchange rate at the time of making the payment.
6. By submitting the completed Property Reservation Process and your E-credit card , E-debit and Cash in Hand details through the Website you will be entering into a binding contract with City Properties.
7. The person who makes the Reservation accepts these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all members of the party and is responsible for all payments due from the party.
8. On receipt of the completed Property Reservation Process City Properties will send you an e-mail confirming your reservation ('the Booking Confirmation').
9. Booking Property will be liable for 24 hours in Cash In hand after making the Reservation.
10. Booking Amount will be refundable incase of Occupied properties not vacate within 4 days.
